Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth Review and GIVEAWAY! (Paleo, Gluten-Free)

This is a partnered conversation with Kettle & Fire Bone Broth. All opinions are my own.

I love a good bone broth, and to me there is nothing better than a perfectly seasoned chicken bone broth. While the Instant Pot can make it easy to whip up a huge batch of homemade broth in a day, it still takes work, a good stash of bones, and sometimes you really just want to be able to let somebody else do the cooking so you can relax.

For the longest time I would simply forego broth if I did not have time to make it myself, since I did not trust any of the grocery store brands to use the same quality ingredients that I would in my own kitchen.

Kettle & Fire Bone Broth - Paleo Bone Broth!

Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth Review and Giveaway (Paleo, Gluten-Free) // TheCuriousCoconut.com

Enter Kettle & Fire Bone Broth. This stuff is the real deal, y'all. Slow simmered for 20+ hours using organic bones, vegetables, and seasonings. It is rich, comforting, and tastes delicious warmed up and sipped right from a mug. This is as close to homemade Paleo bone broth as it gets - in fact, it is just as good!

Let's take a peek at the wholesome ingredients:

Chicken Bone Broth (Filtered Water, Organic Chicken Bones, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar), Chicken Broth, Organic Celery, Organic Roasted Poblano Pepper, Organic Green Pepper, Organic Onion, Organic Carrots, Organic Garlic, Organic Scallions, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Herbs (Parsley, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil), Organic Spices, Sea Salt.

You wanna know something amazing? The "Chicken Broth" 2nd ingredient is made from collagen-rich CHICKEN FEET! Yeah, they do that so you don't have to at home. I know some people can't get over the ick factor when it comes to using feet in broth.

All of those vegetables, aromatics, herbs, and spices give this broth its fabulous flavor profile. It has such depth and complexity and gives your taste buds such a nice hit of savory umami. Warning: it may be slightly addictive, it is just THAT good!

And with 10 grams of protein per serving this Chicken Bone Broth is ultra-satiating. The traditional long simmer also extracts all the good stuff from the bones.....you know, the collagen, amino acids, and minerals to promote a healthy gut, happy joints, and vibrant hair, skin, and nails.

I also love that it is shelf stable (not frozen) and comes in convenient sustainable and biodegradable cardboard boxes, making it nice and portable. I can see myself traveling with this stuff to give my immune system a nice boost to counteract the stress of traveling. And let's face it, it's easy to let your diet slip when you're traveling, so this is a great way to boost nutrient density without a lot of fuss.

Since I know I have many readers who are AIP I want to make sure you know that the chicken broth is NOT AIP compliant since it contains nightshades (both peppers and tomatoes). BUT the beef bone broth is compliant (unless you are choosing to exclude black pepper, of which they use "a pinch" to season it).
