Slow-Cooker Cuban Picadillo (with hidden, heart, liver, and kidney)
Picadillo is a spiced ground beef and vegetable hash and is a traditional dish in Spain, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Cuba, and, interestingly, the Philippines.
