Autoimmune Paleo Savory Breakfast Cookies (aka flattened biscuits)

Autoimmune Paleo Savory Breakfast Cookies (aka flattened biscuits)

Sometimes kitchen failures turn into great recipes. I've tried and tried to come up with an egg-free, autoimmune paleo biscuit, but, no matter what I do, they don't rise. They've all come out flat as pancakes! Thus, Savory Breakfast Cookies were born. Even though they don't look like a biscuit, they taste like one, and they make the perfect AIP savory breakfast bread!
